A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we
connect.

Talk through your project
01

What can customers do at a telco self-service kiosk?

Depending on your configured services, customers can purchase a physical SIM or eSIM, complete identity checks, replace a SIM, top up a prepaid balance, pay a bill or change a plan. Your carrier systems determine eligibility, pricing and transaction approval.

02

Can we use our existing kiosk hardware?

Azimut SDK provides a common integration layer for supported device families. We review your scanners, SIM modules, payment devices and printers against the supported catalog. A hardware model that is not yet supported may require a new driver and validation before rollout.

03

How does the kiosk connect to our telecom systems?

Your kiosk application connects customer journeys to the relevant carrier APIs, including billing, subscriber management, identity verification and eSIM provisioning. Azimut SDK handles the supported physical devices through one JSON API, so your team can build in its preferred application language.

04

How are identity and payment requirements handled?

The kiosk captures identity and payment inputs using supported peripherals. Your verification services, payment systems and operator policies decide which checks are required and whether a transaction can proceed. The deployment is configured and validated around those requirements.

05

How do we manage kiosks after deployment?

Satellite provides fleet visibility, application updates and supported remote diagnostics across managed devices. Operations teams can investigate a kiosk and review reported update outcomes. Available controls depend on the operating system, hardware and permissions; some faults still need on-site assistance.
